I’ll be in communication with your midwife to stay informed of your progress and plan to come when you’re in active labor (usually 5-6cm).
Capturing your birth is my priority, so I plan to be on call 24/7 surrounding your due date.
My favorite sessions are the ones in which I function as a true documentary photographer: an artist in the room feeling the emotions and capturing the moments that tell the story unfolding in front of me. My priorities are cultivating peace and preserving the authenticity of your season.
Birth is an incredibly raw and vulnerable experience, and my intention is to capture the emotion through facial expressions, supportive hands and artfully framed angles that tell the story in a G rated fashion. Rest assured that any visuals I share online from your birth story will be completely modest!
You can expect up to 20 sneak peak images to be delivered within 48 hours of your birth, with the full edited gallery delivered within 3 weeks.
Absolutely! Along with delivery of your gallery I’ll share a link where you can easily order some high quality prints—additionally, if you’re interested in adding a custom photo book to your package I would be happy to add that for an additional fee. Let’s chat about it!
